Points Policy

The Points System at Yola Accessories is our way of rewarding your loyalty. The more you shop, the more points you earn, which can be redeemed for exclusive discount coupons.

• Every 10 EGP spent in our store = 1 Point
• Points are added after order delivery confirmation

1. Go to your account → My Points
2. Click on Points Shop
3. Choose the offer you want and click "Buy Now"
4. Review the minimum purchase amount, maximum discount amount, coupon duration, and usage limit carefully before confirming!
5. Points will be deducted instantly and the coupon will appear in "Purchased Coupons"

Every coupon in the Points Shop has specific rules and limits to ensure fairness and protect everyone's rights. Here is a clear explanation of the most important terms:

Minimum Purchase

This is the lowest order value required to use the coupon. For example, if the minimum purchase is 1000 EGP, the coupon cannot be used on any order below that amount.

Maximum Discount

This is the highest discount value you can get from the coupon, no matter how large your order is. This limit protects the store from excessively high discounts on large orders.

Validity Period

The number of days the coupon remains usable after purchase. Once this period expires, the coupon becomes invalid automatically.

Stock Left

Some coupons are unlimited (∞), while others are limited to a specific number (e.g., only 100 or 50 copies). When the stock runs out, the offer disappears from the Points Shop.

Usage Limit

The number of times the same coupon can be used. Most points coupons are limited to "one use per account only".

• Points cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash
• Points can only be used to purchase discount coupons from the Points Shop
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the points system at any time with prior notice
• Any attempt to manipulate the points system may result in account suspension

• Once a coupon is purchased with points, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
• Purchased coupons appear instantly in your account
• If the original order is cancelled, points will not be refunded
